Open since 1982, this Alpine-style bed & breakfast is located on a beautiful and secluded tree-covered hill above the Chattahoochee River and only 3 blocks from the village center. We are located on the north end of town, within walking distance of downtown Helen. Off of Hwy. 75,
turn on Hamby Street, cross the bridge, take the next left which is Carrie Cox Drive.

Welcome to Alpine Carriage Company! We are located in the beautiful Northeast Georgia Mountains, in Helen, Georgia. Come and enjoy a relaxing Horse and Buggy Ride with Alpine Carriage Company through Helen's beautiful Alpine Village. We offer historic information tours including information about places to eat and attractions in the area; laughing tours or quiet romantic rides.  Stop by and see the big draft horses and feed them a carrot and take a picture.  20 minute city route:  $5 for children, $7 for adult, $20 minimum.  We are available 7 days a week (except in inclimate weather).  No reservations required.

Off-Route rides are available at an additional cost.  If you would like to arrange special off-route tours, hotel or restaurant pick ups or drop offs, please call in advance for reservations.

The Alemaigne Haus in Helen, Georgia, has 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths and sleeps 4.  Within walking distance to town and paved road access, this family-built home is located in the city limits of Helen on 1 1/2 acres.  The Alemaigne Haus is only about two blocks behind the Helen Water Park and only two blocks from the Innsbruck Golf Resort.  You'll love sitting on one of the two covered porches while listening to the sounds of the creek in the back yard.  On most days, you will see wild turkey walking through the yard. 

The home features two large bedrooms upstairs with queen size beds, 26 inch LCD flat screen TV's and a private full bath in each.  The living room has a 42 inch LCD flat screen TV for your enjoyment and free WIFI service.  Enjoy your morning cup of coffee at the breakfast island in the beautiful full kitchen.  There is also a large full bath with a double vanity and a separate laundry room.

This cabin is privately owned and managed.  As owners, we want every guest to be as comfortable as possible and to enjoy their stay.  We personally greet our guests at the front door upon arrival to show you around the cabin and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions.  We also provide maps, a travel guide, flyers of local attractions, and local restaurant menus for your convenience.  We are never too far away if needed.  We take pride in our cabin, provide personal touches, and we want our guests to enjoy it as much as we do.

We have nine units on 2.5 acres at the foot hills of the Blue Ridge mountains and only five minutes from beautiful down town Alpine Helen.
